For a long time, I believed success meant meeting other people’s expectations. Studying hard, building a career and constantly striving to do better. Only when I chose my own path did I discover what truly drives my work: helping people grow, connect and create lasting change.
I SEE YOU – it al started with truly seeing
My curiosity about other worlds led me to travel far beyond familiar places. As my career evolved from strategic consultant to partnership manager across different sectors, my fascination with people continued to grow. Not as a tourist, but as someone wanting to understand how people live, lead and create change.
Conversations with local leaders left a lasting impression. Whether meeting a young Nepalese woman transforming opportunities for other women in her community, or living with the Maasai while studying how traditions survive in a rapidly changing world, I experienced what authentic leadership looks like. Those encounters shaped my own understanding of leadership, connection and purpose.
EVERYBODY IS A LEADER!
These experiences not only provided valuable insights, but also gave me direction. I realised I wanted to use my talents to empower people in vulnerable positions. Not by speaking for them, but by creating spaces where they can develop, take responsibility, and amplify their impact.
This led to the creation of the foundation https://impactcollective.online/, a movement supporting local changemakers with leadership programs, guidance, and resources to strengthen their communities from within.
Later, in the slums of Uganda, I helped a nonprofit management team improve collaboration. Everywhere I looked, I saw untapped leadership qualities in young people and small entrepreneurs—individuals with vision and strength, yet lacking the tools to bring their ideas to life. This realization drove me to develop personal leadership programs to strengthen their abilities and expand their impact.
What began as a way to support local changemakers has now evolved into a broader mission: to see, connect, and empower people worldwide. I believe everyone has something to give, and leadership starts everywhere—even where you least expect it.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Whether I work with leaders in European boardrooms or changemakers in local communities, I am always interested in what truly drives people and how sustainable change begins from within.
Today I support leaders, teams and organisations in leadership, collaboration and organisational development. With a background in strategic consulting and international experience, I work across all levels of organisations—from leadership and team development to culture and collaboration. My strength lies in creating spaces where people feel seen, gain clarity and move forward together.
My approach combines a background in strategic consulting with insights from Deep Democracy, Appreciative Inquiry and Insights Discovery. I use these approaches where they help strengthen leadership, collaboration and lasting change.
