For a long time, I believed success meant meeting other people’s expectations. Studying hard, building a career and constantly striving to do better. It was only when I began choosing my own path that I discovered what truly drives me: helping people grow, connect and create lasting change.
I SEE YOU – it al started with truly seeing
My curiosity about other worlds led me beyond familiar places. As my career evolved from strategic consultant to partnership manager across different sectors, I became increasingly interested in how people live, lead and create change.
Conversations with local leaders left a lasting impression. From a young Nepalese woman creating opportunities for other women in her community to spending time with Maasai communities, these encounters broadened my understanding of leadership, connection and purpose.
They taught me to look beyond what is immediately visible and recognise the strengths and potential people already carry.
EVERYBODY IS A LEADER!
These experiences not only provided valuable insights, but also gave me direction. I realised I wanted to use my talents to empower people in vulnerable positions. Not by speaking for them, but by creating spaces where they can develop, take responsibility, and amplify their impact.
Later, in the slums of Uganda, I helped a nonprofit management team improve collaboration. Everywhere I looked, I saw untapped leadership qualities in young people and small entrepreneurs: individuals with vision and strength, yet lacking the tools to bring their ideas to life. This realization drove me to develop personal leadership programs to strengthen their abilities and expand their impact.
These experiences contributed to the creation of the Foundation Impact Collective, a movement supporting local changemakers through leadership programmes, guidance and resources to strengthen their communities from within.
What began with supporting local changemakers has grown into a broader commitment: to recognise potential, connect people and create opportunities for meaningful change. I believe leadership can emerge anywhere. Often where we least expect it.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Whether working with leaders in European boardrooms or changemakers in local communities, I’m interested in what drives people and what enables meaningful, lasting change.
With 10 years of experience in strategic consulting and partnership development across corporate and non-profit environments, I bring a broad perspective on leadership, collaboration and organisational change.
My journey from corporate consulting to developing personal leadership programmes for local changemakers reflects my belief that leadership potential exists everywhere. Today, I work with leaders, teams and organisations to recognise strengths, build meaningful connections and turn potential into lasting impact.
My approach draws on Deep Democracy and Appreciative Inquiry, and I am an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner. I use these approaches to deepen self-awareness, strengthen collaboration and help people discover what they can achieve together.
